Council and Governance
Governance of the College lies in the hands of the College Council. This is a representative body with members drawn from the Uniting Church (after its formation from the Methodist, Congregationalist and Presbyterian Churches in 1977), universities, and both present and past Collegians. Students are also members of various Council sub-committees involved in formulating College policy.

Day to day financial, infrastructure and administrative management is the responsibility of the Principal.

The responsibility for academic and student welfare lies with the Academic Senior Staff which consists of the Principal, Dean, Assistant Dean, and Senior Tutor. The Senior Staff work closely with the teams of Academic and Residential Tutors who provide direct assistance to students in their academic discipline and within their living environment.
